imageHi there! Maggie, Shopify Partner here 🙂
Congrats on plenty of traffic and fab new store. Your website is fun to browse and your products are really eye-catching.
Your logo is excellent. The featured image at the top doesn’t yet reflect the fun and colorful designs you are selling – consider using a different image here, perhaps one of your bestselling tops. Make sure to capture visitors’ attention right away with a strong image.
Consider also adding a short tagline and a CTA [call to action] to the image and link it to a relevant product or collection – you don’t prompt your visitors to click anywhere, so there’s no urgency for them to take action: click + shop.

Adding a CTA button can definitely help you improve your conversion rate.
Bestsellers section looks fab – your products are fun and invite to browse further.
The intro section below is a great feature as well:
Consider also adding a button with a CTA and link it to your About us page to prompt people to click and browse.
Shipping page – you have necessary info here and you are upfront with your dispatch time and delivery time, which builds trust, perfect.
Contact us page looks excellent – make sure to hyperlink your email address for a one-click contact – see the step-by-step instructions here: how to hyperlink email address .
About us page – consider adding more info to this page as well with info about your company, and about your team.

It can help you build trust further and improve your conversion rate. It’s a great place to introduce yourself and tell your visitors who’s behind the scenes. This page is perfect for building trust, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to build a rapport with your customers. Trust plays a huge role for online shoppers – people love to know who they are buying from and a great About us page can help you earn extra points and improve your conversion rate.

Make sure to add a photo of yourself and your team and tell your visitors some interesting fact about each of the team members.
Refund policy – consider writing a unique policy here instead of featuring default Shopify policy, which mentions items you are not selling:
It will help you build trust, tailor the content to your own store and avoid any duplicate content issues, which might affect your Google rank.

See How to write a returns policy [with examples] .
The Facebook Messenger app in the bottom right corner opens in a new tab and asks me to log in to FB again [although I’m already logged in]. That can affect the user experience and flow, and some people might find difficult contacting you with their query. Consider getting the chap app that opens within the same page on your website, where people can type their message instantly without the need to log in. Any obstacle can affect your conversion rate, so make sure to opt for a different app.
Social media – make sure to open the icons on your website in new tabs, so you don’t lose the valuable traffic.

Contact us page looks excellent – you have a physical address, which builds trust and authority for your brand. Consider also hyperlink the email address here as mentioned earlier.
You have excellent product designs.
Product page – consider removing the ‘Buy Now’ button from the product page and leave only ‘Add to Cart’:
Having both buttons displayed at the same time can create unnecessary confusion for the shoppers [“Which should I click?”] which can also affect your conversion rate.

Your product descriptions still show default manufacturer’s info – are you drop shipping? If so, that can definitely affect your conversion rate, as people can often recognize AliExpress product descriptions. Online shoppers are familiar with this platform and know they can buy the same products directly from them much cheaper.
Adding unique product descriptions can help you avoid this kind of situation.

Consider adding more info to your product descriptions. Definitely focus on the benefits when writing product descriptions, and not only product features. Make sure to really sell it to the visitor and help them visualize the benefits of owning each product. Great, enticing product descriptions can significantly help you boost your sales. Use storytelling to convert visitors into buyers.

Listing features no longer works as viable selling technique, you have to list the benefits the product will bring into the buyers lives’ in order to sell more than your competitors. This short video explains how storytelling can help you sell more .
Consider adding related items section to your product page as well – it will help you improve the average order value through cross-selling and also make people browse more items in your store. See how to cross-sell with related items: https://apps.shopify.com/cross-sell
Your SEO score is 49/100
Your Google snippet [meta title and description] need optimization:
Your meta title is “ Classy Cyclist ” which is the name of your brand only – consider adding an incentive here too to create urgency and prompt people to click your listing.

Meta description is too long. The current character allowance is 160 characters, which means anything longer than that will be cut off in the search results.
This snippet is very important, and it’s worth spending more time optimizing it. It’s often the first interaction with a potential new customer, as this snippet is displayed in Google search results.

Make sure it’s inviting and irresistible so people click your listing once they see it. Otherwise Google might drop it as non-relevant to the search results, which will affect your traffic and SEO. You have no backlinks yet:
Backlinks are important when marketing your website, although they are often overlooked. Backlinks are powerful, as they are permanent – they won’t disappear from view, like a social media post, after a few days or weeks. Once created, a backlink works in the background on your website rank. While you won’t see the results right away, with the right backlink strategy, your website can climb the Google search results.

The higher it gets in the results, the more people click on it and visit your store. Therefore backlinks are also a great source of relevant, organic and permanent traffic.
